Adding Subject Resources (Instructor)
Once a subject is created the instructor may upload files, images, or links to external documents (Google Docs for example) and associate these with their subject. All uploaded and linked resources are visible by all site visitors and members. Please make sure you own the copyright for all items uploaded to the site or that the items are freely distributable. Images and files have a maximum size of 10 megabytes.
Images
Use the "add file" upload link on the resources section of your subject page to upload an image. An uploaded image and associated text is displayed in the area below your subject description.
Documents
Use the "add file" upload link on the resources section of your subject page to upload a file. Uploading a document will make the document publicly available for download.
Links
Use the "add link" button on the resources section of your subject page to add a link to an external resource.
If you are using Google Docs, you can control who can view the actual content from within there. Note that this requires users to share Google email account details.
YouTube Links
Links to YouTube videos automatically embed the video in the page, in the resources section.
