Dispute Resolution

While the vast majority of sessions end happily, there will from time to time be disputes over charges between instructors and students.

Instead of issuing refunds, our strategy is to only charge students after the session has completed to the students satisfaction.

Reporting an Unsatisfactory Session

By default we assume that the session was satisfactory and the student is charged 1 hour after the session completes.

To report an unsatisfactory session, and prevent being charged students may email support@muchenough.com within 1 hour of the session end time, indicating the date and time of the session, the instructors name and the ssubject.
