General

1. Instructors are not employees, temporary employees or contractors for Much Enough. Instructors are independent businesses that use Much Enough as a service to find students and conduct training sessions.
2. Instructors are not vetted or otherwise verified by Much Enough. It is up to the community to provide feedback on instructor performance and to set the instructors reputation.
3. Members must hold the copyright to any content they upload to the site.
4. Members keep the copyright to any content they publish on the site.
5. Members agree not to post pornographic, violent, or spam content to the site, or to use the site for illegal purposes. Doing so will cause the member's account to be terminated.
6. Members must be 18 years old or older to use the site.

Session Fees

1. Free sessions are... free!
2. For paid sessions, Much Enough charges the instructor 5% of the subject price + $0.50 per session. This is in addition to any payment transfer fees imposed by PayPal or Amazon Payments.
3. Payment transfer fees are as follows:
   • Amazon Payments charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for payment with U.S. credit cards and 3.9% plus $0.30 for international credit cards. See Amazon Payments - Fee Schedule for the complete fee schedule.
   • PayPal charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for payment with U.S. credit cards and 3.9% plus $0.30 for international credit cards. See PayPal Fee Schedule for the complete fee schedule.
   • PayPal also charges a 2% fee (to a max of $1.00) for payments made from MuchEnough to the instructor. Grouping payments from several sessions can help minimize the impact of this fee.
4. All fees are deducted from the session fee before it is transferred to the instructor's account.
5. All sessions are priced in U.S dollars.
6. Students agree to not pay Much Enough instructors directly.
7. Instructors agree to not solicit payments from students outside of the Much Enough payment system.
8. MuchEnough begins the student payment settle process 1 hour after the session completes. MuchEnough pays instructors within 24 hours of receiving payment from the student.
9. MuchEnough places a reserve on the student's account for session funds before the session is held. However MuchEnough is not responsible for compensating instructors in the case the student payment fails to settle.

Session Workflow

1. When a student requests a paid session, a reserve is placed on their account for the amount of the session fee. Only after the session is successfully held is the reserve settled and the account actually charged.
2. Instructors are notified by email when a student requests a session. The instructor has 36 hours to respond (RSVP) to the request. If the instructor does not RSVP in time, the request and any associated reserve is canceled and the student is not charged. For sessions requested in the near future
3. Either the instructor or student may cancel at any time before the session starts. If the session is canceled, the reserve on the student's payment method is reversed and the student is not charged.

Refunds/Dispute Resolution

1. If the session is not successfully held, the student may avoid being charged by submitting an email to support@muchenough.com within one hour of the session end time describing the nature of the problem such as:
   • Equipment problems
   • Session content not as advertised
   • Instructor did not show up

These terms of use govern your access to and use of the services and Much Enough's website and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the services.

Acceptance of the Use of Much Enough Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of Much Enough is subject exclusively to these terms of use. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms of use you must immediately stop using the website.

Advice

The contents of Much Enough web site do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

Change of Use

Much Enough reserves the right to:

• Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the web site or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Much Enough shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal
• Change these terms of use at any time, and your continued use of the web site following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Links to Third Party Websites

Much Enough website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the website and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to Much Enough or otherwise used by Much Enough as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, Much Enough will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website.

Much Enough makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

Nothing in these terms of use shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Much Enough for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Much Enough or that of its employees or agents.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Much Enough and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Much Enough arising out of any breach by you of these terms of use or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website.

Severance

If any of these terms of use should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such term or condition shall be severed and the remaining terms of use shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
